Prepared for the architect(s) and interior designer(s) and heavily influenced by the client’s objectives, Spa Sessions prepares an extensive design brief to ensure the spa and wellness facility is optimised and functional, that guest comfort is prioritised and essential back-of-house areas considered.  We liaise with designers and the project team and contractors to resolve any arising construction issues with workable and cost effective solutions with ongoing site meetings.  We are also experts at full procurement services for FF&E and specialised spa, fitness and wellness equipment.

Product selection & menu development 

Identifying the most fitting spa product is critical to delivering your concept and we have years of experience pairing you with the perfect product partner.  Next we craft a comprehensive spa service menu, which communicates the full suite of services to be provided by the Spa such as treatment descriptions and package offerings, pricing and necessary guest information.  Full collateral briefs are provided to the graphic design team.
