Willow Urban Retreat is an urban wellness hub which combines the best of wholesome food, movement, holistic spa services and retail. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join the spa team to assist with the rapid growth in the second year of operation.

This position is a duel-role, comprising of operational, administration and therapy responsibilities with the focus on providing a premium experience to our spa guests.  The therapies delivered in this role include Massage, Body Therapies and Facial Therapy.

You will possess the following ;

•   A Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage

•   A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star spa or resort

•   A professional and positive attitude

•   Be confident, detail-oriented and highly organised

• Be reliable and accountable, with strong leadership skills

• The ability to lead by example at all times and influence the spa team to meet the goals of the business

• The ability to provide clear and effective communications and training to staff

• A willingness to support general management and work as a team member

• Ability to competently manage relationships and handle people, as well as providing mentorship to continue to build and empower the team

• The ability to communicate effectively with a high level of written and verbal communication.

• Outstanding communication and retail sales skills

• Excellent personal presentation and grooming

• Expertise in executing a premium spa experience

• A desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge

• Current first aid.
