Naomi Gregory is a respected Industry professional known for creating meaningful spa experiences in world class facilities.

Naomi’s fitness management and hospitality background along with a personal interest in health and healing allowed her to establish herself in the Australian Spa and Wellness market in the mid - 90’s. After 3 years developing and managing her own health retreat in Byron Bay, she moved abroad in 1996 to work with award winning destination spa, Chiva-Som International Health Resort.  In 1999, she joined Mandara Spa, responsible for over 400 staff in operations and new openings in Malaysia, Maldives and Indonesia.  Before forming Spa Sessions, Naomi was the Spa and Leisure Manager for Crown Hotels in Melbourne.

From 2007 Spa Sessions operated the day spa at Injidup Spa Retreat for ten years. Injidup Spa Retreat a five-staSmall Luxury Hotel (SLH) property is located Yallingup, in the south west of Western Australia. The Spa achieved recognition listed as one of the worlds 101 finest spa's in Tatler UK's 2011 Spa Guide.

In 2008 Naomi was selected as the lead consultant engaged to re-open the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, after undergoing a 2 year, $13m redevelopment. Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is Australia’s largest Day Spa.

At the end of 2010 Naomi was invited by award winning Kamayala Wellness Sanctuary to work with the management team in a consulting capacity and oversee the Wellness Department of the Resort. Kamalaya is located on the south-eastern tip of Koh Samui, Thailand. In 2011 Australia’s newest cult hotel brand QT Hotels & Resorts engaged Naomi to develop, rollout and over-see the ongoing management of a new and vibrant spa and barber shop concept. “SpaQ” has so far opened in five locations; Sydney, Port Douglas, Falls Creek, Gold Coast and Canberra.

Spa Sessions provided pre-opening support and training for The Siam, Bangkok’s newest luxury SLH property, in the historic Dusit district. The Bay of Fires Lodge Spa, a luxury eco experience on the north-east coast of Tasmania opened in October 2013 with design, concept and opening led by Spa Sessions. In 2013 COMO The Treasury in Perth enlisted the assistance of Naomi for the design development of the spa working with renowned Kerry Hill Architects.   Brandy Creek Spa close to Naomi’s birthplace in West Gippsland, Victoria opened in 2015 with the Spa Sessions team working with renowned CARR Architects to open the region’s first true spa facility. One Wybelenna, was introduced to Brisbane’s spa scene the same year with the support and guidance of Naomi and her team.

In October of 2016, Spa Sessions was engaged to design and open Yaukuve Spa Sanctuary at Kokomo Private Island, Fiji. This six month project saw the doors open in Easter 2017 with Kokomo being lauded Fiji’s first six-star property.

Halcyon Spa at Halcyon House in Cabarita Beach, NSW opened it's doors December 2017.  Spa Sessions was engaged from design through to opening. Virginia Kerraige was the architect and Anna Spiro was the interior designer.

Naomi is the Founder and Director of Catch Praise,  a past Board member of the Australasian Spa Association (ASPA),and is a regular speaker at Spa Industry events and conferences internationally



A seasoned professional in the Australian and New Zealand spa industry, Carla’s career background includes hands on experience in consumer-facing spa therapist and spa managerial roles responsible for driving business growth, product sales and training, guest care and relationship development.  This combined experience provides Carla with a unique perspective on the spa and wellness industry and a solid understanding of what is required to be successful. 

From an operational perspective, Carla has experience working in luxury spas across varied locations, offering a diverse range of treatments in spas of vastly different sizes and styles.  Carla’s hands on operational experience, with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and business administration along with a strong work ethic and intuitive approach to delivering the ultimate in guest experiences, make her ideally suited to her role managing the recruitment, training, treatment and product development for all Spa Sessions’ clients.

Confident and intuitive, Carla is an exceptional communicator, well-versed in dealing with luxury brands.  This combined with an organized approach, excellent customer service approach and a pragmatic ability to get things done ensures she relates exceptionally well to guests, staff and senior management alike.
